Fully Automatic High Performance Cleaning System with Linear Direct Spray Technology for Low-Middle Volume Production of PCBA and electronic assemblies before bonding ( DCB).
Efectivelly removes resin and activators from flux residues, as well as other production contamination from complex high density PCBA with very low standoff components. With surface protective cleaners manage uniform surface preparation.

UNICLEAN XL
UNICLEAN is a name for family of dip cleaning line systems for high volume defluxing of SMT assemblies and microelectronic assemblies before bonding.
It can be equipped with ultrasonic , spray- under immersion, osicllation. It has a vacuum drying system. Upon customer´s needs it can have between 4 and 6 process chambers.
